Cal Air Conditioner Plant, Jackson

Google maps calls it Cal-Air, probably either manufacturer or distributer of HVAC. Part of the structure burnt down in 2008 and the building might've had a basement, because it is filled with dirt and grassed over.

An interesting part was this 2 story stairwell that was left behind. It's taller than it is wide.

On the left are some sheet metal Quonset hut style buildings, this plant also has the classic substation on 2 poles, which is seen at Jackson's biggest factories.

This is the area that was cleared out. Kind of weird that those foundation parts at the end just stick out. This entire area is just open to public to walk all over too.

Cardboard compressor just left here in this room. those windows used to open I guess.

Picture inside the brick building, taken behind barbed wire covering an entrance. Nice car.

Here's the junk that's inside the Quonset buildings.

Part 2

The Cal-Air building has overgrown a lot in the past few years, creating a green wall

The foliage is so dense you can barely see outside the windows

Some shelves inside a room by the loading bay
